   Fresh avocado, yamakobo, crab meat, yellow tail, and green onions.  Topped with sliced limes. Served with Sriracha hot chili sauce.

Tropical Rainforest - $12

    Smoked salmon, tangy mango, rich cream cheese, sliced yellow onion and chopped green onion rolled and topped with avocado, sun flower seeds. Drizzled with both sweet eel and mango sauces.

Tiger Shrimp Roll - $12

Caterpillar Roll - $11

    Barbequed fresh water eel, crab meat and fresh cucumber are rolled before being topped with ripe avocado slices. Served with sweet eel sauce.

Red Diamond Roll - $11

    Spicy salmon, fresh cilantro, cucumber and jalapeno, all rolled and then topped with ripe avocado slices. Served with spicy sauce.
